Application Process
Please complete the electronic Application Form and return it with all accompanying materials to info@swiss-school.edu.sg. Please find here our language admissions requirements of our school.
The following items must be sent with the application:
- Copy of child’s passport
- Copy of child’s NRIC/FIN card if available (front and back) or BC or REP (only for Singaporeans or PR)
- Copy of the NRIC/FIN card (front and back) of the parent to be registered for the SSiS Membership
- Copy of the last report card (KG-P6)
- Proof of payment of the registration fee
- Recent photo of the student
- Vaccination certificate (required by Singapore Health Promotion Board)
- Recommendation Form from Class Teacher, filled from previous teacher (KG-P6)
Your registration is complete as soon as we have received the registration fee (non-refundable).
