My name is Martin Baumann and I am 53 years old. I am Swiss German from Zurich. At the beginning of 2012, I moved from Hong Kong to Singapore; however, I am not a stranger in Singapore. I worked here as well for more than 7 years from 2003 to 2010.
Over all these years, I have been working for DHL Global Forwarding which is part of Deutsche Post DHL. I have been working always in the Finance area either as Controller or CFO (Chief Financial Officer).
I like travelling, which is also necessary for my job. During my free time I enjoy playing sports, mainly tennis and running, or spending time with my family. I am married and we have two boys aged of 5 and 4 years respectively, as well as a girl born in April, 2015. The boys are going to SSiS and enjoy it a lot.
